Process: 1Q2 = 0 => s2 = s1 thus isentropic process T2 = T1(P2/P1)^ = 293.2(800/100)^0.230 = 473.0 K 1W2 = -mCv(T2 – T1) = -1 × 1.7354 (473.0 – 293.2) = -312.0 kJ.
