Formula used:

Expediture = (θ/360°) × given rupees

Calculation:

According to the pie-chart,

Education = 75°, Housing = 60°.

The expenditure on education is greater than housing = 75° – 60°.

⇒ 15°

According to the given,

⇒ 15° = 2700

⇒ 1° = 2700/15 

⇒ Rs. 180

The total expenditure on food and clothing = 125° + 18° 

⇒ 143°

Then, 1° = Rs. 180

⇒ 143° = 180× 143

⇒ Rs. 25,740
