Option(4) is correct.

Statement-1 : x / 3 is not an integer : False, for x = 6 , x/3 = 2 which is integer, so this statement is false.

Statement-2 : 3x is an integer: False, for x= 1/2 , 3x = 3/2  which is not an integer.

Therefore both statements are false.

Hence, the correct answer is an option(4) i.e., Both Statement–1 and Statement–2 are not sufficient to answer the question.
