Option 4 is the correct answer as it is the only option which talks about the advantages of formal education system. The argument tells that by formal education a person will be physically and mentally prepared and will be able to face the companies in the future. 

The other 4 options talks about the demerits of formal education such as it is based on orthodox method of teaching,kills talents of youth, does not teach human values and such. But it is not valid to the question asked thus is discarded.
