In the figure∶

ΔPSO and ΔPRO are congruent and

ΔQTO and ΔQRO are congruent

∴ ∠SOP = ∠POR and

∠TOQ = ∠QOR

Since ∠SOT = 180°

∴ POQ = 180/2 = 90°
