In the question below, some statements are given followed by some conclusions. Taking the given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance from commonly known facts, read all the conclusions and then decide which of the given conclusions logically follows the given statements. Statements: I. All Eagle are Lizard. II. All rabbit are snake. III. All snake are Eagle. Conclusions: I. All Rabbit are Lizards. II. All Eagle are Rabbit. III. All Lizard are Snake. IV. All Snake are Lizard.

Correct Answer Only Conclusion I and IV follows

The least possible Venn diagram is,

I. All Rabbit are Lizards →True (Since all rabbit are are snake and all snake are eagle and all eagle are lizard so all rabbits are also lizard)

II. All Eagle are Rabbit → False (Since all rabbit are are snake and all snake are eagle so some eagle can be rabbit it can be possible but All Eagle are Rabbit it is definitely false)

III. All Lizard are Snake → False (Since all snake are eagle and all eagle are lizard so some lizard can be snake but all lizard can not be snake it is definitely false)

IV. All Snake are Lizard → True (all snake are eagle and all eagle are lizard so All Snake are definitely Lizard)

Hence, only conclusions I and IV follows.
