In the question given below, four sentences are given which may or may not be grammatically correct. From the given options, choose the grammatically correct sentence. A. I had to analyse and comparing the performances of GPU and CPU. B. A 20- minutes interview was conducted by the authority as a part of the selection process. C. More than 8000 lecturers in Kenya could risk losing their jobs or being demoted in the next two months. D. The entire experience made me realize that I can work under pressure. Correct Answer C
The correct solution is option 2 i.e. C.- In sentence A, 'comparing' is incorrect. It must be in the simple present tense.
- In sentence B, here hyphen(-) is used so it must be 'A 20-minute' walk. 'minutes' is wrong because '20-minute' is equal to '20 minutes'.
- In sentence D, here the sentence is in past so 'can' is incorrect.
So, sentence C is the correct sentence.
The correct sentence is, 'More than 8000 lecturers in Kenya could risk losing their jobs or being demoted in the next two months.'
