Mistake Points'Some’ is a subset of ‘All’. If in statements it is given that ‘All A is B’ then the conclusion ‘Some A is B’ would always be True. And 'some B are A ' is always true.
Concept:
- Meaning of "Some A are B" in Syllogism - there is at least one point in A which is in B.
- Meaning of "All A are B" in Syllogism - each point of A is in B.
- This explains why "some" can be considered as a subset of "all".
- Therefore, if "All A are B" is true, then "some A are B" is always true.
