Calculation 

⇒ 4/5 = 0.8  

⇒ 6/7 = 0.85

⇒ 9/11 = 0.81

⇒ 3/8 = 0.375

So, clearly seen 3/8 is 4th is descending order 

∴ The required answer is 3/8
