Given,

Cost of a TV = Rs. 40000

Cost of a fridge = Rs. 25000

Given,

Cost of a TV set is increased by 10%.

New cost of a TV set = 40000 + 40000 × 10/100

= 44000

Cost of a fridge is increased by 8%.

New cost of a fridge = 25000 + 25000 × 8/100 = 27000

Required percentage 

= (27000/44000) × 100

= 61.36%

∴ New price of fridge is 61.36% of new price of a TV set.
