As we know,

⇒ Area of the diagonal = 1/2 × d1 × d2

⇒ Length of the diagonal = 4x

∴ Length of the diagonal = 4x × 3/4 = 3x

According to the question

⇒ 1/2 × 4x × 3x = 24

⇒ x = 2

Length of the diagonal of the rhombus = 4x = 4 × 2 = 8

⇒ Length of the other diagonal of the rhombus = 3x = 3 × 2 = 6

As we know,

⇒ a2 = 42 + 32 = 25

⇒ a = 5
