Fertility, Lumbago sciatica, Neuralgia, Neuritis of pregnancy, Neuropathy, Optic neuritis, Peripheral neuritis, Peripheral neuropathy, Skin & nervous system, Trigeminal neuralgia, Vitamin B deficiencies
Adult: 1 ampoule (2 ml) given via SC, IM or IV routes daily or can be given 1 ampoule 2 times a week.
