     I would like to inform you that I ordered 4 books from your shop on 13/03/21 and the books were delivered to my address yesterday. But I regret to inform you that after unpacking the books, I found that the cover of one book was torn and one other didn’t have some pages in the front. I have enclosed herewith the copy of my receipt. As per terms, it is your liability. 

You are, therefore, earnestly requested to replace the defective books by the new ones as early as possible.
