Correct option is (D) 31
We have \(a_2=4,a_6=16\)
\(\Rightarrow a+d=4\) \(\&\;a+5d=16\)
\(\therefore(a+5d)-(a+d)=16-4\)
\(\Rightarrow4d=12\)
\(\Rightarrow d=\frac{12}4=3\)
\(\therefore a=4-d\)
\(=4-3=1\)
\(\therefore a_{11}=a+10d\)
\(=1+10\times3\) = 31
