Correct option is (A) x2 – 16

Let the other zero be \(\alpha.\)

\(\therefore\) \(\alpha+4=0\)

\(\Rightarrow\) \(\alpha=-4\)

\(\therefore\) Product of zeros \(=4\alpha=4\times-4=-16\)

Required quadratic polynomial \(=x^2\) - (sum of zeros) x + product of zeros

\(=x^2-0.x+(-16)\)

\(=x^2 -16\)
