GLYCINE is not included, because ..

AMINO ACIDS EXCEPT GLYCINE ARE CHIRAL.

CHIRALITY , IN SENSE, IT HAS MIRROR IMAGES i.e L and D configuration.

If it's not chiral, then it neither has L or D configuration.
