Explanation:
Photorespiration is the process which occurs only in plants, while lysosomes are found in animal cells. Lysosomes are small vesicles containing hydrolysing enzymes which is acidic in nature (i.e., pH is about 4.8) and surrounded by single membrane. Hydrolytic enzymes are present in the form of minute crystalline or semicrystalline granules of 5 - 8 nm. Photorespiration occurs in three organelles chloroplast, peroxisomes and mitochondria.
