Yes. Increase in the level of greenhouse gases has led to global warming (overheating of Earth land). Global warming is defined as an increase in the average temperature of the Earth's surface. This deleterious changes in the environment results into an odd climatic change (eg. El Nino effect). 

Impacts of Climate Change: 

1. It has been observed that in the past three decades, the average temperature of the Earth has increased by 0.6'C. As a result, the natural water cycle has been disturbed, which has resulted abrupt changes in the pattern of rainfall. It also changes the amount of rainwater. 

2. Melting of Polar ice caps and mountain glaciers. This has caused a rise in the sea level, Leading to the inundation of coastal regions.
