No, Candidate must prepare for exam freely as this time they are getting a better chance to score.

whatever the mistake the candidate do in 1st attempt they can get over it in 2nd attempt.

For much down cutoff this year MHRD (Ministry of Human Resource and Development) spokesperson said that we are going to make this exam easier. So Some colleges opposed NTA too.
