(i) CH3–I reacts faster than CH3–Br as iodine is a better leaving group because of its larger size.

(ii) CH3–Cl (1° halide) reacts faster than (CH3)3CCl (3° halide) since in case tertiary butyl chloride three bulky methyl group hinder the approaching nucleophile.
