de Broglie wavelength (λ) is given as
λ = h/mv
Given vp =ve
where vp = velocity of proton
ve = velocity of electron
Since mp > me
From the given relation
λ ∝1/m, hence λp < λe
Thus, electron has greater de Broglie wavelength, if accelerated with same speed.
