Difference between Wildlife sanctuary and biosphere reserve:

Biosphere  reserve

Area within which animals are protected from possible dangers such as hunting is called Wildlife sanctuary. Their habitat is also conserved in this area.

A large protected area constructed for the conservation of biodiversity is called Biosphere reserve

It provides protection and suitable living conditions to wild animals. Killing, poaching, or capturing of wildlife animals is strictly prohibited in the wildlife sanctuaries.

It helps in the conservation of various life forms such as plants, animals, and micro-organisms.

Examples are: Pachmarhi wildlife sanctuary (M.P), Kaziranga National Park (Assam), Gir National Park and Sanctuary (Gujarat).
