Minerals : IRon :- It needs for formation of haemoglobin. 

Calcium : - It resources for bone and teeth formation. 

Phosphorus :- It makes strong teeth & bones. 

Sodium :- It helps nervous system for better neuromuscular responses. 

Lodine :- Deficiency causes Goitre. 

Fluoride :- It helps teeth & nails.
