VEGF receptors are receptors for vascular endothelial growth factor. There are three main subtypes of VEGFR, numbered 1, 2 and 3. Also, they may be membrane-bound or soluble , depending on alternative splicing.
Inhibitors of VEGFR are used in the treatment of cancer.
