Limit dextrinase is an enzyme with systematic name dextrin 6-alpha-glucanohydrolase. This enzyme catalyses the hydrolysis of -alpha-D-glucosidic linkages in alpha- and beta-limits dextrins of amylopectin and glycogen, in amylopectin and pullulan.
