Dendroaspis natriuretic peptide is a 38-residue peptide and a member of natriuretic peptide family. It is structurally similar to the atrial natriuretic peptide , brain natriuretic peptide , and C-type natriuretic peptide and possesses biologic properties similar to these natriuretic peptides.
