- A sattvic man or woman works with no attachment to the result. A person can be called sattvic if he/she predominantly has sattvic tendencies.
- Sattvik individuals always work for the welfare of the world. They are always hardworking, alert, live life moderately, lead a chaste life, eat moderately, speak the truth, and bold.
- They never use offensive or insulting language, do not feel jealous, nor are affected by greed and selfishness.
- They do not cheat or mislead anyone and wouldn’t allow

- They have a keen interest in improving spiritual knowledge and spend time doing good deeds or humble acts.

- Honest, compassionate, competent, visionary, intelligent, courageous, and trustworthy all these traits are qualities of a sattvik leader, as described by Krishna.
- Along with these qualities, “a sattvic person performs actions with the firm belief in his or her responsibilities and without attachment to results”
Hence compassion and respect are the satvik values.
