As per statement I motor vehicles do increase pollution but absence of car will lead to zero pollution may not be necessarily true. Hence conclusion I doesn’t follow.

Statement II talks about increasing respiratory diseases due to pollution but nothing has been mentioned about Doctor’s earning. So conclusion II also doesn’t follow.

Hence neither conclusion I nor II follows.
