Conclusion:

I. Health insurance sector should be nationalized.

II. Health insurance is not required for the poor.

None of the statements talk about nationalisation of the insurance sector. So conclusion I doesn’t follow.

Also health insurance not required for poor can’t be concluded from statement I as it only talks about catering it to rich. Thus neither I nor II follow.
