Conclusion 2 is valid

As per the statement it is clear that along with being determined prioritising is equally important

So to achieve three goals a prior determined plan for achieving it will help one getting near to it

Also nothing is mentioned about energy getting divided so arriving to that conclusion is incorrect

Hence only conclusion 2 is valid
