CPU is the central processing unit of the computer and inside it only all the calculations and comparison processes occur. As the name suggests every input provided to the computer must first be processed through it. It doesn’t store information though, as that is the task performed by the hard drive and RAM. Thus, as the brain of humans does all the thinking work likewise the CPU of the computer performs the thinking function.
