Option 3 : Magnetic field direction, current flow direction, conducting force
Fleming's left hand rule is based on the concept of current flow and external magnetic field. When the current is flowing through a conductor, an external magnetic field is applied and introduced a conducting force.

The conducting force is perpendicular to both magnetic field and current flow direction. The left hand rule relates thumb, forefinger and middle finger with conducting force, magnetic field and current flow direction.
