Option 2 : Only Argument II is strong.
Even though zoos keep animals in captivity, they save them from being extinct. To abolish zoos would mean leaving those animals at the mercy of the wild. Also, if zoos are shut down a lot of people will end up losing their livelihood and the economy would suffer losses. It is not plausible to abolish zoos as they are serving more than one purpose. Therefore, option 2 is the correct answer.
