Option 4 is the correct answer as it is the only statement which does not talk about the disadvantages of present education system. The statement talks about the methods to over come the disadvantages such as by making the fee hike of the institutions less so that students from poor background also can join.

The other 4 statements talks about the demerits of the present education system but it is not valid to the question asked thus is discarded.
