Option 1 : BDCA
Since the first part of the paragraph is already given to us, it becomes easy to find the next part as it would link to the first. Similarly, we will keep linking the given parts to form a coherent paragraph.
Part 1 starts with mentioning the areas from where the effluent drains out. So, the subsequent parts should further give examples of such places. Hence, part B will become second part followed by part D. As the sentence got completed, a new sentence will start with part C which forms link with part A which inturn links with 6th part to complete the paragraph.
Thus, the coherent paragraph is- ‘Without a sewerage system, the effluent from the septic tank, along with greywater from the kitchen and bathroom flows out into stormwater drains and open drains or nullahs. The faecal sludge, on the other hand, has to be periodically emptied from the septic tank, either manually or mechanically using vacuum trucks or tankers’.
