Option 2 : Both I and II

In the Berubari Case in 1960, the Supreme Court declared that the Preamble is not a part of the Constitution.
Later in the Kesavananda Bharati Case in 1973, it held that the Preamble is a part of the Constitution.
The Preamble is now an integral part of the Constitution though it is not enforceable in any court of law.
It has been amended only once in the year 1976 in the 42nd Amendment to the Constitution.
