Observing the statement carefully we can see that the committee formed for the development of roads in our country has given guidelines regarding the tax to be imposed on road user so surely the effect I is due to the cause in the given passage but guidelines regarding the motor vehicle act was not given by the banker committee motor vehicle act was for the road user safety and for proper use of Transportation system therefore not a cause of given passage .
