The error is in part 2 of the sentence. “Off” should be used instead of “of”. “Of” as a preposition is used to denote relationships between two words, whereas “off’ is an adverb used to denote a state of non-existence, as in ‘pay off’ the debts so it doesn’t exist anymore. 

Hence, option 2 is the correct option.
