The pattern followed is,
Option 1 → 5 and 7 are consecutive prime numbers.
Option 2 → 17 and 23 are not consecutive prime numbers, there is 19 in the middle.
Option 3 → 13 and 19 are not consecutive prime numbers, there is 17 in the middle.
Option 4 → 31 and 41 are not consecutive prime numbers, there are 37 and 39 in the middle.
Hence, “5 : 7” is different from the rest.
