Summary of the situation:

As we all know, all the hockey players on the field wear T-shirts with blue symbols. Looking at this statement, we can conclude that all the hockey players on the field are wearing T-shirts with the emblem of blue color; This doesn't mean that everyone in blue T-shirts is a hockey player. Hence option 1 is incorrect.
As mentioned above some hockey players are wearing blue caps. This does not mean that all the people wearing a blue hats are hockey players. Hence option 2 is incorrect.
