1. Five friends took different time to reach their college.
2. Sameer reached before Nitin but after Gaurav.
Gaurav > Sameer > Nitin

3. Biraj reached before Tanay but after Nitin.
Nitin > Biraj > Tanay
Combining (2) and (3), we get: Gaurav > Sameer > Nitin > Biraj > Tanay

Hence, ‘Gaurav’ reached the college first.
