Option 2 : Suman

According to the given information,

1) Reena is shorter than Tiya;

Tiya > Reena

2) Riya is taller than Reena;

Riya > Reena

3) Suman is taller than Tiya but shorter than Shadhna;

Shadhna > Suman > Tiya

4) Tiya is taller than Riya;

Tiya > Riya

On combining the statements we get,

Shadhna > Suman > Tiya > Riya > Reena

Hence, Suman is the second tallest in the class.
