It is given that there are 10 peoples sit between Raghu and Linga. So, Linga cannot sit at right side of Raghu, as there are only 9 people between Raghu and Linga. So Linga will sit at the left side of Ragu.

Linga’s position from right = Position of Ragu from Right + 10 + 1 = 11 + 10 + 1 = 22

It is given that Arun is exactly between Linga and Bala but Arun, Linga and Bala are not immediate neighbours, so number of persons between Linga and Bala is cannot be determined.
