Since only for a reversible process we have relation : $$TdS = \delta Q$$ Since for an adiabatic process $$\delta Q = 0$$ $$ \,\,\, \Rightarrow $$ for an reversible adiabatic process $$TdS = 0.$$ So, entropy remains constant.
