Dear Sir,

We beg most respectfully and request you that, we the students of your school, would like to state that some of our students wish to go on a study tour at Shonargoan . It is a historical place. Only classes make our lives dull and boring. A study tour can help us to remove this. It can also help us to know more and increase our knowledge. Two of our teachers have agreed to guide our team. So we need your permission.

We, therefore, pray and hope that your honor would be kind enough to give us permission to go on a study tour and sanction a considerable sum of money for the purpose.

প্রিয় স্যার,

আমরা  আপনার কাছে সম্মানের সঙ্গে প্রার্থনা ও অনুরোধ করছি যে, আমরা আপনার স্কুলের ছাত্র ।  আমারা কিছু ছাত্র-ছাত্রী সোনারগাঁও এ   শিক্ষা সফরে যেতে ইচ্ছুক ।এটি  একটি ঐতিহাসিক স্থান। শুধু ক্লাস আমাদের জীবনে নিস্তেজ এবং বিরক্তিকর করে তুলে । শিক্ষা সফর এগুলো  মুছে ফেলার জন্য আমাদের সাহায্য করতে পারে।  এছাড়াও আরো জানতে এবং আমাদের জ্ঞান বৃদ্ধি করার ক্ষেত্রে সাহায্য করতে পারে।  আমাদের দুজন শিক্ষক আমাদের দলের গাইড করতে সম্মত হয়েছেন । সুতরাং  আপনার অনুমতি প্রয়োজন।

 অতএব, প্রার্থনা এবং আশা করি যে আপনি আমাদের শিক্ষা সফরে যাওয়ার অনুমতি দিবেন এবং এ উদ্দেশ্যে যথেষ্ট পরিমাণ অর্থ দিয়ে সাহায্য করবেন ।
