Walton Primo H8 Pro Highlights

Walton Primo H8 Pro comes with a waterdrop notch design which is an advancement in design in latest Walton phones. It is a more trendy and preferable choice among the consumers of this budget range. The backside has a more simplistic gradient design. The gradient is also a plus point when it comes to modern design for lower budget smartphones. The display is 5.71 inches, which isn’t that big. The phone is quite compact altogether, which ensures good grip and one hand usage. It is not the best choice for big-screen lovers. But if compactness is what you are seeking, this is a fine choice.

The 13 MP back camera comes with PDAF and bokeh feature. It means great focus and people’s favourite portrait mode or background blur option. It also has an f/2.0 aperture, which means better lighting, brighter and clearer photos. It has Full Hd video recording option, time-lapse etc. The 8 MP front camera is a decent one and it allows HD video recording.

Android Pie, 3 GB RAM, 1.6 GHz octa-core CPU  indicates adequate performance. However, there is a more average quality MediaTek chipset and PowerVR Rogue GE8322 GPU, which means it is not something for top-notch games like PUBG. Although you can run such games in low settings, but the experience for long-term plays won’t be entirely smooth and you may experience some frame drops. However, Primo H8 Pro is great for multitasking and everyday apps usage.

32 GB ROM and up to 64 GB MicroSD card  option with a dedicated slot is a fine advantage when it comes to storage. The device has a fingerprint sensor on the back and there is a so-called Liveness Face Unlock system. It means you need to blink your eyes once when you are pointing your face towards the phone to unlock it. It is to prevent the usage of photos or other objects for fraud face unlocking, which is an interesting feature.
