Osteoarthritis: For Osteoarthritis, the dosage is 1200 mg (two 600 mg tablets) given orally once a day.

Rheumatoid Arthritis: For Rheumatoid Arthritis, the dosage is 1200 mg (two 600 mg tablets) given orally once a day.

The recommended dose of Dayprox Tablet 600 mg is 600mg (two 300mg tablets taken together) once or twice a day, with or without food. The same dose should be taken on a regular schedule (every 12 hours for twice daily dosing or every 24 hours for once daily dosing).
