Children: Not recommended. Nicorandil should be used with caution in patients with serious hepatic dysfunction.

Hepatic Impairment: Dose reduction may be necessary.

The recommended initial dose of Corangi Tablet 10 mg is 10 mg p.o. (by mouth) three times a day, with a maximum of 20 mg three times a day. The dose may be adjusted depending on the level of symptoms. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 60 mg.
