The majority of the provisions of the Indian Constitution can be amended- Correct Answer By the Parliament alone
Though there are some provisions of constitution which can be amended only after an address by both the houses of parliament and ratification by half of the states. But majority of provisions of constitution can be amended by Parliament alone by passing the bill with special majority.
