শ্রীকৃষ্ণকীর্তন মধ্যযুগের প্রথম কাব্য। এ কাব্যের রচয়িতা বডু চন্ডীদাস। তিনি বাংলা সাহিত্যের মধ্যযুগের আদি কবি। ভগবতের কৃষ্ণলীলা সম্পর্কিত কাহিনী অবলম্বনে বডু চন্ডীদাস পঞ্চদাশ শতাব্দীতে এ কাব্য রচনা করেন। বসন্তরঞ্জন রায় বিদ্বদ্বল্লভ ১৯০৯ খ্রিষ্টাব্দে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বাকুড়া জেলার কাকিল্যা গ্রামের এক গৃহস্থ বাড়ির গোয়ালঘর থেকে এ কাব্যটি উদ্ধার/আবিষ্কার করেন।
